Our mom walks
Created by mothers, for mothers, our association was born from a simple desire: to bring more joy, connection and support from the beginning of motherhood.
Through our free mom walks, we work to ensure that every pregnant woman and every postpartum mother in Switzerland can find a caring community close to home, warm encounters and the precious support of other mothers who are going through the same stage of life.
The meetings
Free mom walks to meet other pregnant women and mothers near you, to exchange freely and feel less alone.
The Whatsapp groups
Each city has its own WhatsApp group to facilitate communication, share upcoming walks and stay in touch on a daily basis.
Your community
At our mom walks, real bonds are created: familiar faces, support, new friendships and the joy of experiencing a more surrounded motherhood.

Become an Organizer
Our Organizers are mothers, like you, who launch mom walks to create connections between pregnant women and new mothers.
You don't need to know other moms to get started.
Our team will support you with practical advice to build your local community, even if you're starting from scratch.
We are looking for mothers throughout Switzerland who would like to:

Supporting our association helps us ensure free access for mothers participating in our mom walks, and allows us to continue raising awareness of the association among pregnant women, new mothers, and healthcare professionals. Every donation directly contributes to covering our operating costs.
